WhatsApp Scheduling
Booking is the appointment the customer creates. Scheduling is what WatMark sends around it. When someone books 10 October at 10:30 AM, the confirmation goes out immediately. A reminder goes out 24 hours before, and another 2 hours before. After the visit, WatMark asks for feedback. A no-show gets a follow-up, and another follow-up can go out 7 days later. From the reminder, the customer can confirm, reschedule, cancel, ask for the location, or contact the business. The same rules work for clinics, salons, gyms, consultants, and any other booked service.
