Shared Team Internal Chat

A customer writes: I need a refund. The employee can reply on WhatsApp, then message the team internally: @Accounts Can you check this customer's payment? Accounts gets a notification and can reply, share a file, or continue in a thread. The customer does not see that conversation. The same workspace includes employee chat, group chat, @mentions, internal notes, file sharing, replies, notifications, search, and pinned messages. Inside a customer conversation, an internal note such as @Alex Please check delivery status notifies Alex so they can take action.
