Quotations & Invoices
An employee can create a quotation without leaving the customer conversation. A customer asks for 20 chairs. The employee opens WatMark and builds the quotation for ABC Company: Chair, quantity 20, at AED 200. WatMark shows the subtotal, VAT, and total, then sends it on WhatsApp. The customer receives the total with View Quotation, Accept, and Pay. Status moves from Draft to Sent, Viewed, Accepted or Rejected, Invoice Generated, and Paid. Once the quotation is accepted, the employee generates an invoice with a PDF, an invoice number, the amount, a due date, and a payment button. The invoice connects to a payment link and a payment gateway, then to Paid and a receipt. The whole chain stays on that conversation: Customer, Conversation, Quotation, Invoice, Payment.
